To help residents stay connected to their loved ones, we’ve made it easier for them to schedule time to talk face to face⁠—virtually and in-person⁠—with their loved ones.

This scheduling technology allows residents and their loved ones to connect in a variety of ways:

1. Virtual/Online Visits: Talk face to face on a 20-minute Zoom video meeting. Our team helps the resident connect in their room with a camera-enabled iPad tablet. All you need is a camera-enabled smartphone, tablet, or computer.
2. Outdoor In-Person Visits: Schedule a time to meet with your loved one outdoors. You will be sent specific instructions for your visit that are in compliance with the department of health guidelines.
